I have been in the computer & tech business since the early
80's, starting with earlier larger computer companies of Infomax,
ComputerCraft, ComputerLand, and more recent network companies of the
ARM Group and DataFlow. I've been working as a free-lance,
self-employed professional for the last 8 years (since 1996). My
experience has been with servers, PCs, and Macs, and not only with
software & network issues, but I am also fully experienced &
qualified with hardware problems, design,& upgrades, as well as all
the usual desktop grief. I have in the past run computer service &
training departments and have extensive technical managment experience
as well. Working from my home office I cover Sonoma (mostly) &
Mendocino counties, and work typically in the field (no travel time
charges), with ever more always being done through remote means. My
